Larimer County has released their Final Report as the result of their year-long woody biomass study and strategy project. “Woody biomass”, the by-products of forest maintenance and hazardous fuel treatments, requires multiple avenues to address effectively. The report recommends the development of a “Biomass Processing Network” as a way to address the problem.
