The town of Estes Park is beginning the process of updating the Comprehensive Plan for the first time in 25 years. The Existing Conditions Snapshot they recently published shows Lily Lake up to Wind River Pass in the planning area. Public visioning workshops are taking place on November 3 and November 17.
